I’m a big proponent of enjoying work and life in balance. You can’t make that happen in business if you aren’t first very good at what you do. After that, it’s important to have fun with it. That’s a big part of who I am.
How He Got Here
Nobody goes to school to be a recruiter. I fell into it like pretty much everyone else in the business, but I loved it right away. I saw that the Charlotte market had a need for talented and dedicated headhunters with a focus in the manufacturing space. Here we are.

The “red” in Red Dynamics really came from the fact that I have red hair. The Recruit. Empower. Develop. tag line was later created by the brilliant Roger Moore.
I was a pole vaulting State Champion in high school. You could say I’m a pretty big deal.
I’m a HUGE Bulldogs and Panthers football fan. (That’s probably not as surprising as the first two.)
My first job in sales was selling ADT security systems door-to-door one summer in college. It was HOT down there in Georgia and that job was a freaking grind. Trial by fire in its purest form.Back to team
